Description   The NEW Summit Hawk Baitcasting reel by Ardent was designed to be the new flagship of the company. It is built out of high strength aluminum for maximum strength and durability.  It was designed to get big fish out of heavy cover and to do so quickly with the incredibly fast gear ratios offered.  The Summit Hawk has 10+1 ball bearings that produces top-level smoothness and casting distance. Featuring a deep V6061 T6 machined aluminum spool, a swept back anodized aluminum handle with EVA grip knobs. Externally adjustable 270 degree Mag brake system. Available in 7.5:1 and 8.4:1 Right Hand for lighting fast retrieves.  This reel works great for flipping/pitching, frogging, and other top water applications.
